Molly’s Favorites- Dog Gift Guide

Welcome to my favorite dog products… my dog gift guide!! 🙂 I hope these products might be an inspiration for a gift for your furry family member this holiday season!

  1. My dog’s VERY favorite treat is a bully stick. We always get her some for Christmas as a treat because they can be pretty expensive.

2. This food puzzle is great for dogs who scarf their food or for puppies who need to work their minds and bodies to get tired out! You load the food in at the top under the yellow lid. There’s a slot in the green section that lets food spill out when the dog knocks the toy around. This is a HUGE hit with our dog.

3. If you’ve been considering having pet portraits taken of your fur baby but are worried about taking your dog off leash then this is the leash for you! Because it’s so thin, this leash is really easy for me to remove in the editing process. My dog ALWAYS has to be on a leash in public places so I use this when I take pictures with her.

4. My very favorite all-around leash is this hands-free leash though! It’s a mom’s best friend. Sorry Fido. This leash is just amazing! You can clip it around your waist while you’re on a walk and need 2 hands to push a stroller or hold onto small hands. Then, when you get to a playground you can clip the leash to a picnic table or a swing set… it’s SO easy to take your dog places with this leash!

5. Anyone who’s been following along knows that I love this book! I think it has so many great tips for new puppy owners. It’s easy to read with tons of pictures and specific advice on training tips and products she recommends.

6. This is the treat pouch we use. It’s so handy for obedience classes!

7. My personal recommendation for obedience classes in the Lexington KY area is Best Friends Obedience! They are organized, and do a great job of explaining everything you’re teaching your dog and why. I can’t recommend them enough!

8. The Kong toy. We fill the toy with peanut butter and then freeze it! It makes a great distraction and special treat for our dog.

9. If you’re interested in a homemade gift for your pup then check out this blog post where I made these dog treats!

11. Finally, if you’re interested in having pet portraits taken feel free to contact me here for more info. I’m so happy to have a quick chat and answer all of your questions!
