THE UNICORN HORNS
Here is our pink and gold unicorn horn and garland set. This would work well with gray, dark bay and black horses and ponies.
Here is the white set. This would look best on chestnut and bay horses for their unicorn sessions. (The pink set might either blend in, or clash with their red/orange coats.) It would also look good on gray horses/ponies because almost any color looks good on them!
WHAT TO WEAR
If your daughter is looking for a new dress for the unicorn session I have a few suggestions:
First, look at Little Trendsetter. Try to pick a color that compliments your daughter and will look good with her pony too. I highly suggest cream, gold, champaign, blush, and other soft, dreamy colors. Seriously!! How cute would these dresses be next to a unicorn?!
You can also look at Trish Scully. Again, look for dresses that have soft colors like, blush, gold, champaign, cream, white, light gray. I love the texture from the lace in some of these dresses!
I have bought from both of these boutique shops and have been impressed with the quality.
If your child is a bit older I have found good luck on Amazon looking for junior bridesmaid dresses. Here is the one I got for my oldest who is wearing size 16-18/ Adult S. It’s a little long on her but seems pretty nice!
SHOES
Finally, don’t forget the shoes! This is the time for some cute, sparkly shoes! Check out Tutu Du Monde for inspiration!
If your child wants to have some bareback pictures of her riding her pony during the unicorn session make sure she practices before the session!

A child with their pony is a special thing. My kids seem to grow every time I blink! I just want to freeze time so I can remember every minute. You will love to look back on these images one day and I can’t wait to create some very special memories for your family!
